A warehouse receipt is a document that provides proof of ownership of commodities that are stored in a warehouse for safekeeping.

Packages that are received at our Miami facility are sent out on a scheduled flight within 24-48 hours of receiving.
Local deliveries are performed within one to two business days after the cargo is cleared at the Courier Bond facility.

The flight days are Wednesdays and Mondays. 

The cut-offs are:

Tuesday at 12 noon for the Wednesday flight, we clear on Thursday, its available for pick up on Friday.  

Thursdays at 12 noon for Monday flight, we clear on Mondays, it is available for pick up Tuesday / Wednesday.

Yes, we do.  Just provide your tracking number for us to consolidate your packages.

Once a quotation was done for us to make the purchase, fifty percent (50%) of the estimated cost is expected.

Jetpack is a complete pick-pack and ship fulfillment center offering customized solutions for your business. Same-day shipping directly to your door. You request one day in advance providing the item is at the warehouse already.

Yes. There are Items considered to be Dangerous Goods by the FAA, items will be put on hold in Miami and will not be sent until we receive further instructions from you and all appropriate paperwork has been filed and fees paid. These items include all aerosol cans and hazardous chemicals.

Please note that shipping hazardous materials correctly is an expensive proposition. If in doubt, please call us before ordering such items.

Just about any size of the package is receivable. However, what you should understand is that we use air freight only for items that are not large in weight. Large items ship for our customers via Ocean Freight which is easier and cheaper.

Yes. We will gladly make purchases for you without a credit card. However, the normal shipping rates apply along with a surcharge (10% of the item cost). Cash payment must be made in advance.

Due to the extremely high volume of parcels, the United States Postal Service is unable to individually verify the status of every delivery. Therefore, the records of your package being delivered to our warehouse can often be incorrect.

The service of shipping barrel air freight is discontinued at this time. However, it can be shipped by ocean. Ocean cargo takes 12-15 days to transit.
